I'm 40 pounds overweight. Yes. I'm a fat fuck. What should my meal plan for the week be?What should I eat?Also...post sexy foods.
Can you afford to see a nutritionist? If not, just do keto until you become functional enough to do cardio every day and get a real diet.
Try eating less fatty and reduce the carbs Go buy a bag of those depression premade salads and make that the greater portion. Go for walks too, fatso. Go grind those thighs and get sweaty, chunky.
You have to replace your food addiction with another vice. For me, chronic masturbation has made me skinny all my life.

>>2217730940lbs is not that bad. You can drop it in half a year if you have some discipline. Figure out the calorie deficit you need, and stick to it. Log everything you eat. Get a scale to be accurate. In terms of specific foods, first thing you need to do is drop processed junk food and fast food. Stick to home cooked, whole foods, not only because it's healthier but it's also easier to track calories when you know exactly what's in your food. The main source of extra calories in home cooking will be carbs, and fats like oil and butter. You don't need to cut that stuff entirely, but it's easy to consume extra calories through them, so just be careful. Think about calorie density too. A plate of spaghetti for example is going to be a much smaller portion size than a bowl of non-starchy vegetables with the same amount of calories. The latter is going to leave you more satisfied. So build meals around having lots of low calorie-density food (particularly vegetables). Good stuff for that are salads, soups, "bowl" style meals. Best proteins are beans, fish, lean pork and chicken, tofu. For snacking, eat greek yogurt. Great in terms of calories and protein. Get plain, sweeten with honey or syrup if you need to. You can add protein powder if you need extra protein. Eat fruit, can add that to your yogurt too. Popcorn and rice cakes are fairly low calorie.

>boiled/baked/airfried/microwaved potato or sweet potato (no butter or oil) >microwaved whole oats in water (no sugar or milk, add fruit if you can't handle the blandness) these are two of the best meals that give you the most amount of satiation per calorie
Water, sodium, potassium, and magnesium.
>>22177423Nice, a fellow knower.
>>22177309Im also pretty fat but i lost 20 lbs since january. Cut out fast food entirely, switched back to only diet soda never regular soda (i had done this earlier in life but never lost weight only maintained it), and have tried to go on short walks more often. Changing my environment to a place where its easy to actually go for a walk instead of drive someplace to go walking made this way easier. Eating more pickles / onions / and using tomatoes in my cooking since I actually enjoy them and its not like forcing myself to eat green beans and carrots. Not putting cheese on hamburgers.
everything reminds me of her
