>>22178443You can just slice up all the bell peppers, throw half of them in a plastic bag and freeze them, and throw the other half in a pan. Medium high heat for like 10 minutes, then add some oil and toss them around to coat, keep cooking for 4 minutes and toss every once in a while, then add some mirin idk how much a few tbsp, cook 3 minutes, add some soy sauce not too much or it'll be too salty, cook another 1 minute. It's a nice side veg with rice and whatever protein you're having. Next time you want the same thing get what you froze and repeat. Might take a little longer to heat them up.
