>>22178663gonna have to call operator error on this one, boss
>make something incorrectly>'it's garbage guys!'how embarrassing for you. why did you even think it was a good idea to post this?
>>22178675>>22178672How is their block cheese my fault??I fixed it anyway
Dino mac w/ steak bites
>>22178663This is before you added the milk and shit… right?
>>22178685Forgot pic
>he didn't know about adding milk or water to powdered cheese saucefirst time?
Is that a torn up piece of processed cheese?Midwestern home "cooking" at its finest lmao
>>22178708YesTwo slices when eating with steak
>>22178711I just noticed the packet of Swisher Sweets too. Get a job, hippie.
>>22178687ooooh now this looks lovely. what's the go with the steak bites?
>>22178714I have two jobs and i volunteer>>22178728Thanks! Thinly sliced some steak, seared them up with a splash of balsamic
>>22178685make the cheese sauce in a separate pan and use a whisk. immersion blender if you have one.
>>22179077I do box Mac when I’m trying not to use many dishes, but you’re not wrong! That would be better even when the cheese is a lump
>>22178685A cook who chooses bad ingredients that ends in a bad result is at fault because he chose the bad ingredients.
>>22179277the cheese wouldn't be a lump with an immersion blender. a whisk is hit or miss. the boxed mac and cheese powder REALLY wants to clump up and needs some kind of power blender to actually smooth it out.
>>22179431This is something only a terrible cook would say. You never learned how to mix powders into liquids?
>>22178687Absolutely putrid combination. Makes me sick just looking at it
>>22179445powdered cheese is another animal altogether
>>22179455It really isn’t if you’re not a mongoloid
>>22179280Mr. Genius over here knows when the cheese is clumped before buying the box, good job>>22179431>>22179445Y’all are missing the point, I’ve never had hardened lump of cheese powder like that>>22179454Try one
>>22179576>I’ve never had hardened lump of cheese powder like thatAnd it never crossed your mind to break it up before dumping it in? Accurate image.
Family size (serves six!) Velveeta Shells n Cheese with 1.52 lbs of ground beef
>>22179579Well i didn’t check, just gave it a ripperoo and dumped>>22179719NiceDid you add any tomato paste? That makes it more cheeseburger-y
>>22179801no, just ground beef and shells n cheesei flavored the beef too much and it's 80% of what I'm tastingi will consider a little tomato paste next time, however, sounds interestingi intended to serve this over white rice
>>22178708the best mac uses processed cheese. I like to make my cheese sauce with a blend of mild cheddar, colby, and a generous amount american cheese, then just melt in milk with no flour or thickeners. it always comes out smooth, light, runny, and velvety just like cafeteria mac and cheese, can eat it just like that, or put it in a casserole dish and top with more cheese, then bake it to get some crust on it. I hate "gourmet" mac with a thick almost paste like mornay sauce with too many rich cheeses and breadcrumbs, I can only eat about 4 bites before I feel too full
>>22178663AND THEY SAY WHITE PEOPLE CANT COOK! SUPERIOR RACE! SUPERIOR RACE! SUPERIOR RACE!
>>22179576I've had tons of hardened lumps of cheese because I eat box Mac and cheese like 3 times a week and buy it in bulk. Annie's is really bad for having lumps that are impossible to dissolve without a power tool.
>>22180118>Annie's is really badftfy
>>22180119I usually buy it in bulk when it goes on sale for a dollar a box. I use the cheese but I also add cheese and mustard and spices so I I basically make my own cheese sauce for it.
>>22178687bosh
>>22179845Did you know that not every white person is racist? So you’re just harassing a chill dude for no reason? Go eat some Mac n cheese, you’ll see>>22180118I had to be gluten free for awhile and Annie’s was always so bland. I see you also added mustard, i would do that + yogurt lol Sometimes just tamari too
>>22180126Thanks :)
>>22178663Howd it taste tho?
