the table smokehouse in mt hope wv (near the new river gorge) is real smoked brisket - its only ready certain times a day because it's actually smoked on site, otherwise you are just buying steamed meat - which may be tender, but won't be flavorful like smoked meat is

I go there because the gas is cheap and the fountain drinks are decent and they often have some snacks that are cheaper there like the bags of Nerds Gummy Clusters are typically around $4 everywhere but Bucees always has them for like $2.39

I had it chopped and yes it is good. if it wasn't that it was a 35 minute drive from my house to go to the one near me I would get them more often. all the food I have tried there is good.

there is one thing that is absolutely undeniable. the bathrooms are fucking immaculate. they have private shitters with doors that close and go floor to ceiling. there are lights above them to indicate they are occupied. the urinals have dividers that also go floor to ceiling. no meat gazing possible so I can see why you might not like it.
