I often cook steak out on this charcoal grill I have, but whenever I don't feel like cooking I do this thing where I take slices of deli ham and put provolone and shredded lettuce on it then roll it up. I don't usually put tooth picks in them, I just roll them up and eat them with my fingers.I used to call them American Sushi Rolls when I was a lil lad but that was based on a fundamental misunderstanding of Japanese culture so I've been looking to rebrand. I'm considering "Hoggers".Anyone else have any foods you like but don't really have a name for?

>>22179535I actually have a name for mine. At night when I'm buzzed off vodka I like to make what I call "bindles". You take a slice of deli meat (I prefer the mesquite smoked turkey from oscar meyer) and then in that I put a slice off a cheese wedge like asiago or romano. On top of that goes some kind of sauce like butter parmesan or laoganma. The I sprinkle some hot pepper powder and other spices like msg. Then I fold it up like a dumpling and pop the whole thing in my mouth. Different combinations yield different flavors but it's always delicious.

Typically smoked ham ultra thin sliced or smoked chicken, wrapped in half a cheese slice or mozzarella stick, slice of pickle. Sometimes some bbq or mustard or warshesishter sauce
