My refrigerator was basically empty this morning and all I had was 2 eggs, some leftover cheese and baloney, milk and flour. I chopped up the baloney and whisked up all the ingredients in a bowl. Then I added a handful of grated cheese and the meat into the bowl. I used a ladle to carefully spread the mixture onto the pan. Cooked on low for about 3 minutes oer side. It turned out surprisingly tasty. Would recommend.
Here's what it looked like raw
>no baking powderyou made an omelet
>>22180880you don't put flour in an omelet, it's a crepe
>>22180880we call those keto pancakes now
>>22180880For the mixture>2 eggs>80g of flour >120ml of milk>generous pinch of salt>pinch of soda>teaspoon of sugar >2 tablespoons of oil>Pinch of turmeric powder for punchier colour You are looking for a runny sauce-like consistency. A notch less than what is considered to be batter.Once properly all mixed and incorporated add>40g of grated cheese >40g of diced meat of your choice Use a soup ladle for pouring a consistent amount onto a preheated non stick pan. You should get anywhere from 2-3 pancakes. More than enough to fill your belly.
