i want to make my own kimchi any advice?
>>
Use really fresh gochugaru or it will turn out kind of brown instead of bright red
Other that, it's a pretty straightforward process
>>
I simply follow Maangchis recipe for nappa cabbage kimchi. Except, I skip the radish. For me the taste is not really the best if radish is in there.

Not very. But its very savory. Though when I made her recipe I maybe had more paste than I should have. It turned out very thick and unlike any restaurant kimchi I've had. But I enjoyed it a lot and ate it all
