Some beers are more bitter but I do not dislike bitter flavors and they go well with certain dishes. I'd say very hoppy and bitter IPAs probably taste worse to most people than what you posted, which is pretty neutrally flavored and easy to drink for most by comparison.I personally think bourbon barrel aged stouts taste worse than other beers and I drink them less for that reason, not more.
