Is cereal still worth eating? I can't remember the last time I even bought a box

cereal is basically compressed cornmeal or oatmeal, making it spirtiually goyslop, it's also way too similar to gruel, the original goyslop

seems like a post a weeb would make

man, i think so but, i mostly only just eat it straight up whenever i get the munchies.
I cant believe i grew up eating this shit straight off the rip in the morning. its pure fucking sugar with like...vitamins i guess....
My favorite thing to do on saturday morning was watch cartoons, get a big ass fucking bowl, then just keep eating different cereal but keeping the same milk, by the end the milk was just a mix of all the different cereal and super sweet, it fucking ruled. Then i would get up and go play. if i did that now ide be in a fucking coma for the rest of the day.

The ai pic didn't tip you off?

I started eating cereal (well never really stopped, but focused a but more on it) a couple years ago and it's a great way to save money (family size gives me about three or four bowls) which I'll have like one a day for the most part so that I don't need to waste money and time on a real meal and I eat a real meal like once a day.

I bounce back and forth between Raisin Bran, Honey Bunches of Oats, and Kellog's Special K.

Not too healthy, not too unhealthy. I know the Raisin Bran has hella salt so when I do eat that I keep that in mind to limit the rest of my sugar intake for the rest of the day.

I still like cereals like Quaker oat squares, honey bunches, raisin bran, special k, cinnamon life, etc.
I just use less cereal now and eat it with Greek yogurt and fruit instead of milk.

Cereal was the biggest psyop. Load the kids up with some corn syrup every morning

>the Raisin Bran has hella salt so when I do eat that I keep that in mind to limit the rest of my sugar intake for the rest of the day
That didn't really make any sense.
>>
Is cereal a soup?
>>

>was
Still is.
>>
>>22186556
I'm sure you loaded the kids up with something else besides corn syrup faggotl
>>
>>22186564
I meant sugar

I’ll load your kid up with my hot spum chud

My kid said he wasn't impressed with your weak cumshot. No wonder you're forever alone.

>goyslop
They really need to filter this term. It is used by low IQ anons who have literally nothing else legitimately negative to remark.

Whenever I get a craving for sweets, I just eat some unapologetic cereal with milk or skyr. Most cereals are puffed out, meaning their mass to volume ratio is way lower, so they end up being less calorically dense than starchy foods, and, of course, sweets. If made with skyr/jogurt, I can sate my sweet tooth with just 50g cereal. I also choose low fat ones, so kcal from cereal is negligible and works great for pre/post-gym nutrition.

Irony.

You people really have no self awareness
>>
Just eat rolled oats. Too much bullshit in cereal these days.

>muh fiber

You can buy wheat bran separately without relying on supplements or anything. Unless you're eating a bunch of garbage and meat on a regular basis, then you don't need much fiber.

The rest is sugar, artificial flavors, and fortifications from dubious sources (e.g. bugs).

I get a box of Frosted Flakes two or three times a year.
>>
The only downside to cereal (other than going through a lot of milk) is when there's more than 2 in the house and one of them has big bowl's for their breakfast / supper and there's none left.

That's why there's more than 4 boxes of cereal so they last longer than a day. I still remember having to hide one box (it was lion bar cereal) because the box I got was devoured by my nephews.

If you're cohabitating with multiple people, especially kids, then it's common sense to put that shit away in your room or somewhere safe and private. Especially ready to eat foods.
>>
>>22184591
I've been craving raisin bran crunch but I only eat one meal a day and feel weird if I make that meal a bowl or two of cereal ya know.
>>
>>22184591
Between diabetes and lactose intolerance I can't touch the stuff any more. I have to admit I kinda miss Frosted Mini-Wheats, especially the cinnamon version.

>>22184649
>cereal is basically compressed cornmeal or oatmeal
Some are also cardboard derivatives.
>>
>>22184649
I'd rather fuck her fat chungus tits.
>>
>>22191198
It’s weird but I occasionally get this craving too
>>
>>22186866
Just make it soyslop (basedslop if I misremember the filters).
