I'm starting to get some big double-yolks from my birds, which means they're about to stop laying. The weird eggs always come when they just start laying or are near the end of their laying life. I'll probably just give them all away. In the US, they have to discard big double-yolks, or kill the bird before they're old enough to lay them, so most normies have never experienced one.Anyway, what should you make with it? idk, scramble it with a tin of sardines? It's not any different than two normal eggs.
