I’m in eastern europe for medical tourism and wtf, how was Lithuanian food hidden from me?
Cepelinai (picrel) are like bao made out of potatoes and the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. As soon as I have kitchen access again I’m figuring out how to make them as a dessert.
Please let this magical potato food be the next trendy restaurant that winds up everywhere.

Tell me more about the medical tourism?
Will they just do what you tell them to do or are they arrogant fucking assholes like American doctors?

I've been trying to get an infection analyzed for literally years. It's painful, it's antibiotic-resistant, and the docs just look at me like I'm an idiot and tell me I'm too stupid to know what's wrong. I know exactly what's wrong, I've had it before when I lived overseas, and it takes a multi-drug attack to kill it.

Not OP, but he's probably fixing his teeth or something, the purpose of medical tourism is often not diagnostics, but actual treatments and minor surgeries
