taking a trip to america has depressed me on the state of japanese delivery pizzait's so fuckin bad here dudesdon't get me wrong i love the little cozy handmade restaurant napolitans and such, but sometimes i just want a big greasy 'pie and you can't get good shit here. even LESS than you could 5 years ago, covid has wrecked the food industry in japan for some reason. inflation, supply lines, cheaper ingredients, nothing's good anymore.there's three and only three options, pizza hat (massive quality decline in past ~3 years), japan's own pizza-la (totally average and unremarkable, also has made style/ingredient changes to be less like classic crustable delivery pizza), and domino's (holy fucking gigabarf, fuck right off forever)meanwhile in the states i had some hungry howie's and little caesar's, that shit was sooo fuckin good, burgers don't even know how good you have it. hell the airport had pizza in a VENDING MACHINE that was better than what i can get here
