Nice try but I'm not eating with sounding rods. Stop trying to make me.
Dis some real 90s shit

>>22195601I don't hate the idea of these, that knife might even be okay to use. The fork and spoons don't really have enough grip surface, you'd be pinching it with 2 fingers and it'd just be awkward. Needs a little more refinement on the physical interface. I'm sure some wealthy housewife will buy them at $100 per utensil though.
I dont hate anything in this pic and I think what makes it look whacky is the fork and only that. Everything else looks purpose built, not goofy. That knife looks like something youd want if the thing your trying to kill again requires some fkn torque

>>22195601I guess they'll work. If you make a point out of it it can probably work to make a fine dining experience more interesting. Shouldn't be the main gimmick of course.

>>22195601I actually really like the idea of nonstandard silverware but the set in OP image looks stupid. To be properly amusing during the meal, the set would have to be just as useable as a normal set or ideally be slightly more effective at eating the specific meal I was served.

I do my best cooking in a bent spoon. These do look pretty cool though.
