Good Evening, boys! Here is today's dinner~~~!Pulpo Zarandeado. Grilled octopus marinaded in lime, salt and chilis. The octopus is very tender. Nicely salted and the marinade is so creamy and synergises very well with the flavour profile of the octopus. Although, I have tried it grilled under fine, smokey mesquite so it lacks that boldness. It is not an understated dish, the saving grace is that magnificent marinade. It is actually really good. The rice is excellent. I anticipated to be your usual gross overcooked rice cooked with a nauseating block of butter. That bite has that nice impact between the molars. Pleasant texture although a bit salty. As a potatoe fries connoisseur, these plain suck. Beans are whatevs and I ain't touchin' dat sarad. NO SIR!Btw, my mouse does not suck! You suck!
