I used gemini to design a cheap and nutritionally perfect meal.

Ill be eating 100g of red lentils, 200g of basmati rice, 5 eggs, 150grams of herring, 3 tablespoons of butter, 150g sauerkraut and olive oil infused with ginger, garlic and thai chili flakes each day for a couple month.

Thoghts?
>>
seems gross to me but I'm human
>>
>>22206770
low on vitamin c, calcium, broad spectrum antioxidants and too much salt
try again
>>
>>22206779
He definitely has no salt in any of his ingredients, if you actually read it
Looks and reads like it would taste gross though.
>>
>>22206779
I forgot to mention that i add 1 sliced kohlrabi(turnip cabbage) also. I mix it into the bowl slightly before the lentils and rice are done, when i add the butter. Kohlrabi is super high in vitamin C and i barely cook it. Also adds some fiber.
>>
>>22206800
>>22206831
I do add salt and pepper. It actually ended up tasting great. Sour from the sauerkraut amd pickled herring, unami, salt, sweetness from the chili paste, garlic, liquid egg yolk. It was all there. The rice and lentils carried thins nicely.
I drank some ayran with it.
>>
I challenge you to find me a gap in this diet. Its even low on pesticides and plastic and shit.

2600 calories and ALL my nutrients and it tasted great.
I beat cooking. I maxed out.
>>
>>22206770
You have created a solid foundation—the classic pairing of lentils and rice provides a complete amino acid profile, eggs offer high-quality fats and choline, herring provides critical Omega-3s and Vitamin D, and sauerkraut brings in gut-healthy probiotics. However, AI models often struggle with micronutrient upper limits, bio-availability, and raw volume scaling.
>>
I will continue eating this for a couple months and keep you guys updated. Pretty sure im evolving
>>
>>22206800
Herring is loaded with salt.
>>22206835
No selenium. 0/10
>>
>>22206800
No salt in sauerkraut? Pickled hearing is often made from salted hearing and quite salty. Butter is a tossup, anywhere from salt free to ungodly salty. I think samefag.
>>
>>22206842
I'm open to suggestions.
>>
>>22206845
I only add a single additional teaspoon of salt to the rice and lentils though. Im also physically active so i dont mind a little extra salt since i sweat a lot.
>>
You could have just eaten that shit already.

Fish, eggs, rice and lentils are already part of my diet.

You needed a computer to tell you what to eat LMFAO
>>
With the money i save from eating this ill treat myself to a restaurant visit now and then.
>>
>>22206850
Well i did eat it. It was good. Glad you also like that stuff.
>>22206836
>>
>>22206847
You don't have to eat them all together.
I would eat the fish with rice and sauerkraut maybe, some hot sauce.
Then the lentils with rice and other stuff.
Eggs as an omelette, with rice and hot sauce.
Etc
Mashing them all together in one bowl is unappealing.
>>
>no fruit
>no vegetables

yeah, uhhh
>>
>>22206835
>I challenge you to find me a gap in this diet.
you cooked the fermented cabbage, which killed the good bacteria. so, what do i win?
>>
>>22206860
The i eat a whole head og kohlrabi..i forgot to mention that. Its high in fiber and vitamin c aswell as antioxidants and low in pesticides. >>22206854
>>
>>22206840
AI commenting on an AI generated meal in the 3rd person, amazing
>>
>>22206863
No. The sauerkraut is added as a topping/garnish in the end. Its certainly not gonna be cooked. I also drink ayran which is probiotic in addition to just the sauerkraut. The Kohlrabi is also jsut briefly warmed. It's still nice and crunchy when eaten.
>>
>>22206866
oh, your OP picture has it under the eggs

True but they werent especially hot anymore.
The sauerkraut is unpasteurised too. Ill be making my own again soon instead of getting it from the store though.
>>
>>22206870
that's good. most commercial sauerkraut is a scam since they kill the bacteria to prevent it from fermenting on the shelf
>>
>>22206770
>100g lentils and 200g rice triple in weight when cooked so 900g
>5 eggs 250g
>150g herring and sauerkraut
>45g butter
1.5kg of the same food every day for months sounds like it would become unpleasant
>>
>>22206770
>I used gemini

That's all I need to know to see that you're a fucking retard.

Well, feel free to improve upon this:
>>22206854

I had specific goal in mind and used ai to narrow down options viable for where i live.
>>
>>22206905
I liked it haha
>>
No such things as a nutritionally perfect meal absent of the context of individual needs. You can get a good general one for most people the same way a restaurant will cook a meal that is good for most people, but you can do better for you individually as long as you cook as well as you know yourself.
>>
I update it to lower sodium, add potassium (banana) and add some k2(camambert)
>>
>>22206831
>>22206836
I don't know where you think you're getting 2600 calories in your autism bowl; this is more like 1900. You need to verify this shit yourself instead of letting a chatbot do your thinking for you, you retarded zoomer.

>>22206835
>I challenge you to find me a gap in this diet.
I could criticize each individual food but even just looking at micros, not enough
>not enough thiamine
>not enough niacin
>just barely hitting your requirements for folate and vitamin C which is not optimal
>short on every single fat soluble vitamin (A, D, E, K)
>less than half of your calcium requirement
>half your manganese requirement
>not enough potassium
>way WAY too much fat; roughly 40% of your calories would be coming from fat
>nowhere near 2600 calories
>>
Where's your vitamin C?
>>
>>22206950
You're stupid. You will not be able to eat all of this weirdly fiber heavy extremely filling food in one sitting.
>>
>>22207015
>weirdly fiber heavy
lolwut
that's like 20g fiber son that's less than half of what you should be getting a day
let me guess, american?
>>
>>22206964
I adjusted the composition slightly. >>22206950
The only thing i might be short on is retinol(vitamin A) ill eat liver now and then to get that.
>>22207015
Thats not a lot of fiber and i already did. The portion isnt as big as youd expect. If you split that into two meals it's really bit that much.
>>
>>22207078
Dumbass. You just said you have to add a whole kohlrabi and banana to this, which isn't what your meal consisted of.
>>
>>22207078
Adding a bit of cheese just makes it worse, dummy. It doesn't have significant amounts of k2 and it's making your macronutrient ratios even worse by adding more fat.

>The only thing i might be short on is retinol(vitamin A)
The things you are objectively short on are the entire list I gave you >>22206964. This is not a debate, retard. Foods either have micronutrients or they don't and the foods you've listed don't have the things I named. If your chatbot is telling you that this is a nutritionally complete diet then it's wrong.
>>
>>22206770
>Thoghts
It's not nutritionally perfect. If nutritional perfection were even possible, it would not be the same from one person to the next. It also looks fucking disgusting and contains several ingredients that will likely turn you gay.
>>
>>22206770
>100g of red lentils, 200g of basmati rice
Holy fuck I hate when poor people try to cook. This is cope. You don't care about nutrition you are just eating poverty slop cause you can't afford real food.
>>
>>22206834
>It actually ended up tasting great.
you have no standards and are a third world piece of shit
>>
>>22207122
The Kohlrabi was actually in the dish. I just forgot to mention it.
>>22207450
What did you eat today?
>>
>>22207450
you're a shit cook if you can't make good food with cheap ingredients
>>
>>22206770
You’re an npc
>>
>>22206770
That looks absolutely rancid. You might as well eat actual nutrient sludge, you soulless retard.
>>
>>22206770
This looks like if a dog could cook
>>
>>22206836
Dishes like these are for people who see food as a means to an end instead of a skill and place to find enjoyment in life. If that's how you want to interact with food then go for it but it's telling.
>>
>>22206770
Looks like absolute slop, quite fitting.
>>
Ill be eating the same thing again today. Im omw to the grocery store. Ill post a pic later.
>>
>>22207993
Why not come up with other meals that are also nutritionally dense and varied? A lot of these nutritional needs do not need to be satisfied on a daily basis to keep you healthy, so you are hamstringing yourself in terms of your options by trying to get every single thing into one meal.
>>
>>22208002
Im a decent cook but the way my life is right now i find little joy in it.
Im also on a budget.
Cooking this way allows me to focus on other things.
If i "cook properly" i end up with 2-3 days a week where i eat actual processed garbage because im too lazy to exert the effort to make a proper meal.

I do think that ill be able to eat this for a couple weeks and least though and i do expect positive health outcomes.
And I swear to god it actually ended up tasting great lol
>>
>>22208005
Well I hope things get better for you, anon.

you needed Gemini to tell you how to make a cauldron of slop?
>>
>>22207519
NPCs eat fast food
>>
>>22207975
I understand though. Most of my meals are just stuff slapped together that at worst don't taste horrible and is nutritious. I can eat out and will enjoy good food once in a while but otherwise eating is just to not die to me.
>>
youre not worried about the mercury from only eating fish?
>>
>>22206770
Please tell me this is a joke
>>
>>22208824
they'd need to be eating 20-30kg of herring a week for a prolonged period to get anywhere near "dangerous" concentrations of mercury
>>
>>22206770
add dried chokeberry
>>
imagine the smell

This diet provides an excellent foundational intake of high-quality protein, essential omega-3 fatty acids, and complex carbohydrates, but eating it strictly for a couple of months introduces a few notable micronutrient gaps and digestive risks.

Your proposed daily plan yields roughly 2,080 calories, 97g of protein, 218g of carbohydrates, and 90g of fat.

What Your Diet Gets Right

Superb Protein & Fats: Between the eggs, herring, and lentils, you are getting a highly bioavailable amino acid profile and plenty of heart-healthy omega-3s (EPA/DHA) from the herring.Gut Health & Flavor: Sauerkraut provides great natural probiotics, while the ginger, garlic, and chili oil deliver potent anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits.

Risks & Missing Pieces to Consider

If you follow this identical menu every day for several months, you should monitor the following areas:

Severe Lack of Vitamin C: Herring, eggs, grains, and butter have virtually zero Vitamin C. While sauerkraut contains some, 150g only provides roughly 20–30mg (well short of the optimal daily amount). Over a few months, this can impact immune function and collagen synthesis.Heavy Heavy Sodium Load: Herring (especially if pickled or salted) and sauerkraut are incredibly high in sodium. Daily consumption could easily push you to double the recommended daily limit of 2,300mg, which can impact blood pressure and water retention.Fiber Thresholds: 100g of red lentils provides excellent soluble fiber, but white basmati rice has almost none. Ensure your digestive tract handles this specific fiber balance well, as the sudden combination of heavy legumes and acidic sauerkraut can cause bloating for some.Mercury Safety: Herring is a small, low-mercury forage fish, making it one of the safest seafood options for daily consumption. However, consuming 150g every single day for months still warrants a brief mention; you are much safer doing this with herring than with tuna or salmon.

Thank you ChatJeetPT saar. Good morning
>>
>>22208824
Not from that kind of fish.
>>
>>22206770
Your query about nutritionally perfect meal can be disputed as a result of hallucination.
Does FDA govern what a nutritionally perfect meal could be? What are the exact macro ratios here?
You seem to be eating like 50% carbs, 20% fat and 10% protein or something insanely stupid like that.
>>
>>22206770
why are you so obsessed with nutrition? I eat like crap and just take a daily vitamin every day and the doctor said im healthy.
>>
>>22209518
Not healthy enough for correct grammar apparently.
>>
>>22209536
thats nice, im going to eat a shit ton of delicious fried chicken.
