It's actually just broccoli cheese soup again.
Isnt that Sebastian from that Kitchen Nightmares ep?
Homemade chicken stock. These steel bowls are great for storage and heating.
Onions and garlic in the bacon grease.
>>22217170No idea. I don't watch reality shows.
I got these thin ribeyes for 40% off.
I'm making Broccoli and Brie soup to utilize this half wheel from Costco. More than a pound is too much. But it's better than the President brand I get by the pound.
I trimmed the brown parts and removed as much rind as I could without mangling the rest. Some rind is good. That's where the flavor is. Without it brie doesn't taste like much.
Broccoli, bacon grease, garlic, bacon, chicken stock, brie. Might need salt.
Looking good OP
Super rich and tasty. A nice change but I'm going back to sharp cheddar and a little Velveeta next time.
>>22217182Thanks. I was pleased.
This is the onion and garlic from the bottom of a jar of Nalley spicy baby dills. I'm adding it to the leftover cocktail sauce from last time I made fish sticks. There's so little of it that I added mayonnaise and it's going to be a cocktail/tartar hybrid sauce. Like Thousand Island but for seafood instead of salad. I usually like tartar and cocktail both anyway and sometimes I mix them.
Chopped scallions and more of the sweet relish going in.
Tabasco and Mrs. Dash
There it is. They're great rolled up in the romaine garnish too. I never waste garnish.
>>22217183Wow so silky
>>22217167Oh nooooooo
You made a yummy meal
>>22217167RIPHis wife Mavis Beacon will be devastated
Macaroni and cheese from the box is best when you use two cheeses and only one pasta.
An excellent thread!
I already fucked it up. You're supposed to mix the powder with the butter and cream to make a smooth sauce before adding the pasta back in. Just means I'll need to stir it more.
I've been eating it like this for years. I can never go back to the amount of cheese they recommend and provide. But when it's 50 cents a box, who cares? A whole dollar to make this.
>>22218111It's better with water. The cheese powder is enough. Adding milk or cream and butter makes it too rich.
>>22218160>too richI make broccoli and brie soup with bacon grease. I've been without and used water in boxmac, but it's not as good and I'd still need two cheese packets. I only buy it about once a year because it's just too tempting.
>>22218160I love it with butter and cream. It's so decedent yet so trashy.
>>22217313I get where this anon is coming from. Tortuous at times.
>>22218212>torturousLooking at mouthwatering food that's out of reach?I imagine it would be.
The trio I refuse to live without.
>>22217167Did Ashens upload another food video or why are you posting Chef Excellence?
>>22217177>Not getting drunk alone and demolishing the other half of the brie with fruit, salami, and crackersEmbarrassing

>>22218272>le cum gay chili oilmah chigga
Dried onion flakes, Italian seasoning, prawns.
The rest of this bottle of Tabasco.
>>22221421Do you like shrimp a lot or is it more of a diet choice?
>>22221441I like shrimp a lot. My diet choice is that it needs plenty of butter.
>>22219884but why
>>22222261Speed and consistency.
24 oz. porterhouse.
Red onion
I can do it.
I did it.
I’m gonna be the sandwich king.
Starting with an open-faced heel.
Horseradish and beef slices
And some red onion.
Baked potato with butter.
Salt and Mrs. Dash. Melts fast
5 lbs. of pork chops for $17.Pretty good deal I think.
Seasoned up to cook in the coming days.
I'm astounded at how much you eat. It's great that you cook a lot but you eat so much! Especially all the deli meat! Are you a great big fat person?
>>22224153this is undercooked. also you shouldn't slice a baked potato. try stabbing a line down it with a fork vertically then squeeze it on both sides and it'll rip open and fluff itself.
>>22224166Where do you get the idea that I eat everything I post? Do you think I live alone? I'm not sure what you think is a reasonable amount of deli meat on a sandwich or how I'm exceeding it. I could stand to lose about 25 lbs, but I don't consider myself a great big fat person, no.
>>22224177No, it's a bit overcooked. 6 minutes in the microwave, flipped once. I'm not a baked potato snob so I don't give a fuck about 'fluff'.Also, that wasn't even for me. I don't really eat potatoes very often. If you see potatoes on a plate it was for someone else.
>>22224180Yes, I do think you live alone and cook meals for yourself. You post the food you cook and then you post it plated up on a single plate like it's a meal just for you. Unless you're cooking a lot more food at the same time for non existent people but not posting it I don't believe you're cooking for more than one. And you do post a lot of deli meat. It's meant to be eaten sparingly and in small quantities. I've seen enough of your posts to know deli meats are a staple in your diet. As far as being a great big fat person, 25 pounds excess weight definitely qualifies you as that. Are you about a size 16?
I like the smug chef in the OP
>>22217167Did he died?
>>22224204Well you're wrong and you don't see enough of my threads or the entirety of them when you do. It doesn't matter what you believe. Thinking 25 lbs of extra weight makes anyone "a great big fat person" kind of disqualifies you from the realm of respectability.Other people here help themselves to things. When I make a big batch of food I don't plate everything out like I'm at work and then serve it. Not everyone here is as much of a foodie as me. Not everything eaten here is worthy of a post. Maybe my own plates aren't either. I'm not trying to impress you. That would be a fool's errand. >size 16That seems like a women's size. Men in the United States don't have numbered size designations like that. I wear XL shirts. I wouldn't consider someone to be "great big fat person" sized until probably 3X. And maybe that's because I'm an American. And who thinks deli meat is "meant to be eaten sparingly"? Again, your opinions are invalid because you're a dumbshit. Here's a pic from a few weeks back when I made two plates at the same time. The smaller plate with no potatoes was for me.Thanks for watching.
>>22224204Post what you eat then.
>>22224182>microwave
>>22224237>he didn't fire up the entire oven to 375f for 40 minutes for a "better" baked potato!!
>>22224222It's nice you cook for multiple people. I guess I'm wrong on that count. I would gladly eat most of what you cook but I want my steak a tad more cooked than you make it. 25 pounds of excess weight will make anyone look fat. Come on man. Processed deli meat is meant to be eaten sparingly and it looks like you eat a lot. It's not a conspiracy theory or anything like that. Processed deli meat is a known carcinogen. Does that mean you're going to get cancer from eating so much of it? No. But you're increasing the likelihood of ass cancer by a lot. And >Size 16Its a meme line from Silence of the Lambs except I misquoted it. The actual line is >Hey, say, are you about a size 14? That was a fat girl size in 1991 when the movie came out but now we would call a size 14 slightly thick. It's sad how normalized fatness had become in 35 years.
>>22224263I saw Silence again not too long ago and the girl in the pit wasn't what I'd call "a great big fat person". More like "she's a big girl", as Starling put it. Not obese or anything. You seem to have a very low tolerance for excess weight. Perhaps that's the one thing you don't hate about yourself. Probably means you're underweight. And I'm not going to deprive myself of anything based on some fear that it'll eventually cause "ass cancer". I'd say I eat deli meat 5 times a week. I don't think that will have any negative effects.
>>22224284Sorry but that reads like fat person cope. Bill selected those girls because they were fat and had excess skin to spare for his project. Eating deli meat five days a week is excessive and a massive cancer risk. It's a proven carcinogen. You might as well take up smoking and getting drunk daily to really cancermaxx.
>>22224294I smoke tobacco and weed every day. People in my family live to their 90s all while not giving a fuck what they put in their bodies. Perhaps I'll be the exception, but I doubt it. I'll probably live past 100 the way technology is going.
Muenster, slightly melted
Eggs over easy.
(ass cancer causing) Bologna and smoked turkey on the soft bread and sausage and eggs for the toast. My days are truly numbered eating this way.
>>22223811That’s a lot of boeuf
>>22224328Muenster really is underrated. It's an awesome direct snack cheese.
>>22224359I find it has a strange odor that I don't really like. And I like limburger. It goes away when melted though.
>>22224325but if you smoke weed errryday are you really alive?
i was in vacation, i see you still can’t cook lmao. arterial blockage and gout speedrunning continues.
>>22224371No, I'm dead.
>>22224252Wrong. It's 425 degrees for an about an hour, and it is always better from the oven. They turn all gummy and weird in the microwave.
I'm making a big batch of spaghetti sauce.
Over a pound of 80/20 ground beef and a pound of sausage.
Diced sweet onion
Sauce is done. I added garlic and herb seasoning, onion powder, and salt to it too.
Doing a Muenster/American patty melt type burger.
I turned it up too high and it got a little dark. It's fine though.
red onion
Browning the bread in beef grease
Good color and crunch
Melted just right. The burger will do the rest.
A little mayonnaise and relish
In a pool of grease. Going to be messy but delicious.
>>22225475that’s just sad. you see how this is sad, right?
>>22225473would
>>22225510No, how is it sad? That's right, it's not at all sad. It's a prime example of chef excellence. >>22225512Of course you would. You're a reasonable person and not a miserable troll.

>>22225518I don't know how you'd rather it be stacked. You try to find faults that aren't there. It's not burned. It's dark but it didn't taste acrid or bitter. Anyone would have loved eating the burger, you included. You missed out and you're lashing out in regret and envy.
>>22225519No, even if you'd demolished an entire pizza to yourself you'd still find room for one bite of that burger. I assure you, it looks and did taste that good.
>>22225522>i don’t knowright because you’re bad at cooking
>>22225543Tell me how you'd rather it be stacked then if you think there's anything amiss.

Why are y'all so negative to OP? Sure some of his food is overcooked or undercooked sometimes but most of it looks like decent home cooking. It's good that he cooks so much. His threads are more interesting than if he were posting fast food.

Potatoes and corn
Penne for last night's meat sauce.
A little lunch for me.
PastaPastaBroccoliCorn PotatoesBaked Beans (straight from the can)Dressing/stuffing (from the box)Pork ChopsDidn't go all out this time, but it's a nice selection.
It’s that time once again.I’m planning to get 2 NY strips, one ribeye, and one tri-tip. Maybe more. Prices are better than six months ago.
okay but have you thought about cooking better?
>>22226910Mmmmm
Bought the things we sampled at Costco today.
>>22228074baa
>>22228227WHY IS THE PENNE BROKEN? AHHHHH
>>22228271I cut it all with kitchen shears for easier bites. Penne is kind of a bad shape to pair with meat sauce. It worked out, but unfortunately the cheese melted together into one clump which I then had to awkwardly cut apart using only the fork against the paper bowl. With the benefit of hindsight I'd do a lot differently.
>>22228227>overcooked pastalmao seriously how are you this bad?
It's not overcooked. It's perfectly al dente. Come on over and I'll make you a bowl and prove you wrong.
>>22228274>I cut a bite size pasta shape into bite size pieces I can't tell if you're serious or not. There's no need to ever cut penne. It's already bite size. And why would you eat a saucy cheesy pasta dish from a paper dish? I think you get overly trolled for cooking regular people food but cutting cooked penne with kitchen shears and eating it from a paper bowl is ridiculous.
