I have been eyeing that brain and egg bar autistically for weeks. Something about the art. Let us know how it all tastes

Pork brains are generally safe since they don't have anything like mad cow disease but they can get prion diseases if fed tainted feed, which usually only happens if they are fed random slop on a farm.

So what tasty confections have you made recently? I just finished making picrel. Dates mixed with coconut, pecans, and citrus zest wrapped around various chocolate covered dried berries and then rolled in cocoa powder. They are quite tasty and difficult to photograph, at least with my phone.
>>

Zotter is small batch craft chocolate not mass produced such as brands like Tony's
>>
>>22221628
I dont make chocolates and never claimed to. Next time just take the extra time to specify the important details.. as someone who clearly cares about making chocolate you should have mentioned cocoa butter specifically bc you sounded questionable

Slice one open for us they all look quite uniformly round for what is essentially just dates stuffed with chocolate coated berries
>>
>>22221639
Sorry anon, I am not autistic and don't feel the need to write like I am. I don't really care about making this stuff and rarely do it, too damn time consuming, those things took like 3 hours total from beginning to end, coating things like dried blueberries in chocolate is kind of a hassle. Once a month or so I just get the urge for something sweet and make do with what I have in the kitchen. Next time I get the urge I will have cocoa beans and butter to play with, should be fun.
>>22221643
>they all look quite uniformly round for what is essentially just dates stuffed with chocolate coated berries
Baking dates/date paste. The coconut, pecans (coarse ground) and citrus zest were kneaded into the paste, roll it flat, cut into squares, chocolate covered berry in the center of each square, fold shut and then roll between your hands until round and toss into coca powder. I will take a picture of a sliced one tomorrow if I remember, just finished cleaning up.

Just woke up. Good morning anons. I would give the peanut caramel bar a 7/10 not nearly as good as the butter caramel imo. The dark chocolate was great, very smooth with a perfect snap to every bite. It held up well without melting while being handled at room temp while quickly and effortlessly melting in your mouth making chewing hardly a chore. The praline was softer than I expected and paired well with the ganache making for a smooth glide through every bite. The caramelized peanuts added the much needed bit of crunch and nutty earthiness to harmonize the intensity of the dark chocolate. It was great overall and I had no complaints. It could only have improved on adding more caramelized peanuts to the fray

Pork has different brain-destroying prions. Just because it's not "BOVINE spongiform encephalopathy" doesn't mean you can't get infected by pork prions that will kill you eventually.

Here's an article about just exactly that:

https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2011/06/hormel-spam-pig-brains-disease/

tl;dr: a pork meatpacking plant in MN killed a bunch of its illegal alien workers due to aerosolized pig brains spreading unknown prions to them.
>>
>>22219518
>>22220297
>Pork doesnt contain the protein to cause prions.
See >>22224948 you brain-damaged retard, it can and does have other prions that are just as dangerous. "Prion" isn't cow-specific, it's any misfolded protein that causes damage. There are different prions in cows, pigs, and even squirrels that are known to cause human neurological problems, and deer also can have prion diseases that so far aren't known for killing humans. Not even getting into kuru, which is a human-centric prion disease that cannibals in PNG were dying from when they ate the brains of the people they killed.
>>
>>22224948
>>22224958
>motherJones
Lol. N they dont naturally contain prions and are only susceptible to recieving them under experimental laboratory acquired conditions where they are purposefully infected. There has never been a reported case of pigs naturally developing prions... try again

Look at the big brains on Messrs. Dunning and Kruger!

They think that
>have not been reported
is the same thing as
>cannot possibly have any

The illegal aliens inhaling aerosolized pig brains would love to know that there is no possible way they were infected by a previously unknown prion, I'm sure. Why don't you go to Mexico and dig them up out of their graves and tell them that.

As far as AI responses, in another thread I had to spend close to 20 minutes googling different keywords to find the generic name of a medication that had been discontinued in the 1970s. One of the AI "responses" was to tell me that it was a brand name for febuxostat, a completely different medication that has "sudden death" as a listed side-effect.

The Candied Almond bar was a real treat. The outside appeared more rippled than the last bar and the milk chocolate gave much easier with each bite lending itself to a velvety texture with a soft milky sweetness that evened out into bittersweet notes reminiscent of the bean which it came. The almond brittle stood wedged between a layer praline and white chocolate, it was the perfect crunch to accompany the praline paste that held it firm like a faceted gem. The brittle held its crunch but easily dissolved into a pool of warm caramel-almond nutty bliss somehow engineered not to stick to your teeth. The praline was silky smooth much like the last bar but much more pronounced in flavor. In total I'm giving this bar an 8/10. I enjoyed it much more than the Peanut Caramel but still less than the Butter Caramel.
