You can tell he's touched some kids or alternatively did some really bad shit when he was younger and now he's so hesitant and shifts his eyes all the time while trying not to stand out. Don't even make a face. Don't even show an emotion, look over there, look over here, give the guy his sandwich and sink back into the stand. That or his family was killed or threatened if he doesn't make enough money to pay back his business debts. I'd steer clear. Probably be OK having a sandwich but I wouldn't want to rub elbows with a guy like this.
