I have many favorites across different genres but no dish has ever filled my heart with more joy than the humble Mac'n'Cheese.

I love a taco bell supreme dorito taco, even when it's kind of soggy on the bottom. I love a "white people taco night" style taco, in a steamy grocery store flour tortilla, made with ground beef and a 75 cent packet of seasoning and topped with all the fixins, especially with sliced black olives and a "mexican blend" of shredded cheese from a bag.I could eat tacos in some form every day and I would be happy.

A particular brand of frozen cheeseburger I can't find around anymore.
