I recently tried Peruvian ceviche and I didn't like it. Is it strange that I didn't like it? I've heard that Peruvian food is some of the best, but I don't know how true that is. Maybe I should try it in Peru itself.

you've been on your break too long. back to work--the staff toilet is clogged, the breakroom needs more paper towels, and Cindy's dog got sick again. Hop to it!

I was literally in Peru a week ago and their ceviche was honestly the only good food. Everything else was mediocre.

The only Peruvian food I've had was lomo saltado and that was incredibly mediocre. Peruvian food is like Filipino food. Everyone raves about it but only cites the same 2-3 example dishes which are not that good, in my opinion

You don't have to like every food that most other people like. If you don't like fish, or you don't like lime, then you probably won't like ceviche.

If you go to Peru, try the cuy.
