not sure "crispy potato" means undercooked, but then it is a vegan recipe so who knows.

That is such a terrible recipe. It is a waste of every ingredient involved. Literally just a bunch of shit thrown in a pot with no thought or purpose.

Also use beef stock next time it makes lentils taste much better. Chichen stock imparts very little flavor to lentils.

but yeah, now that i finished the bowl there are a few things id do differently. Ill definitely try beef broth next time and maybe thyme instead of dill. Also since the potatoes dont really get crispy and the amount is limited to surface area ill just dice them and mix them in
