Bacon burger, or club?

I never eat a bacon burger unless it's made exactly like a Jr. bacon cheesburger. (blt cheeseburger) Bacon improves a club sandwich much more.
BLT, bacon is the main part of it. It's just an extra ingredient in a burger.
When I get a burger with bacon I almost always pull the bacon out and eat it on it own. So I guess the club, which I am quite fond of, especially the turkey variety.

How come the bacon can't be the patty? Like a thick cut of pork belly or pancetta instead of beef. Fast food should look into cheaper meats.
