what's ACTUALLY the difference between ham and pork?Is all ham pork but not all pork is ham like the square/rectangle relationship?let me know...this is urgent...

ham is just too chewy and "processed". it's like roast beef. just stay away from these processed meats. eat them the way they're suppposed to be eaten.
Ham comes specifically from the leg. Pork comes from everywhere.
>>22226828the hell are you talking about "chewy"??
>>22226831That's the difference, one is too chewy
>>22226820Ham is the back legs and is a kind of pork. Depending on where you are it may be expected that its cured before its truly ham. Pork is any meat off the hog

>Just found out why ham's so high>Only two back legs on a hog, that's why>Cross'em with an octopus and ham'll come down>It'd be hog in the middle and ham all around!
>>22226828I think it's just salt that gives ham it's texture, it does weird things to meat and just look what it does to eggs over a couple minutes. But yeah and I don't think we evolved for a diet of 2% salt either.
>>22226828Why the roast beef hate?
