1. What is the purpose of a microwave that beeps EVERY MINUTE for infinity, and never turns off until a button is pressed, or the door is open? Just to antagonize you? Stalk you? It's not like there's a hot oven that could cause a problem if not attended to. Also, why is every single microwave shitty hard to use non-backlit touch buttons? Why can't I get a microwave with just a few buttons I do not need a symphony of settings just a numpad, timer, start, stop, with REAL physical buttons that are backlit.

some things are good to rest for a minute or two in the microwave to help more evenly distribute the heat.
