What are sausage peppers?
>>22237275Good job. How long did it take you just to make the pasta?
>>22237673i just made the dough in the afternoon let it rest (probably for too long) and i shaped them before sleep and let them dry on a rack until lunchtime when i cooked them

>>22240876ok I sense this was OP and now I feel bad. you made a good effort and I'm sure it was tasty
>>22238490>if poisonous mushrooms were so easy to find there would be tons of murders dailyPoisonous mushrooms ARE easy to find. They've been spread all over the U.S. in tree bark mulch.IDK why anyone eats random mushrooms they pick outside, unless they're serious mushroom hunters who have been mentored so that they can properly recognize species. My father managed to poison himself when he brought home one he found in the woods and cooked it for himself. Fortunately it just made him break out in a rash all over, it didn't kill him. I'm glad he didn't force the entire family to try this delicacy he found on a rotting tree, like he did when we were on vacation and he decided he just had to make "whelk stew".When I lived in Seattle, every few months there would be a story in the papers about some Vietnamese family getting poisoned because granny came over from Vietnam to visit and she decided she had to go gather mushrooms in the forest. Apparently there's a specific poisonous species in the region that looks very much like a common edible one in Vietnam, and the grannies would invariably gather those and poison the whole family. Liver transplant time, good luck surviving until a donor becomes available.
>>22240886Those aren't oyster mushrooms, those are bracket fungi. AFAIK they are usually edible, but I stress "usually" and also "AFAIK". Good luck if you eat them. You can buy oyster mushrooms in a lot of grocery stores and know you aren't going to poison yourself.
>>22240546thats machine made
>>22237275>my lunch for today, handmade sticky not elastic, mushy carb bombYou lost, boy?You don't belong here, little boy, we cooxing hard here, boy!
>>22242337>>22240886>>22242339in my experience anything that grows on cottonwood trees like in the pic above is edible
>>22237700Jeet assblasted lol
>>22243060There are too many species of mushrooms that look close to each other to make that statement. Even mushrooms have trouble without a handbook and test kit.
>>22243209>mushrooms have troublemushroom 'experts' have trouble
>>22242339I'm 99% sure they're oysters, I've eaten a shitload of them and they were deliciousyou cannot identify a mushroom based on a single photo, anon, it's a long investigation process examining gills, colour, sprout, spore, smell, taste etc.
>>22243049then I guess OP is worse at making pasta than a machine
>>22243980fresh pasta doesnt keep the same shape as thoroughly dry
