Many years ago, my best friend pointed out that eating poultry along with egg is kinda weird because they're two stages in the life cycle of the same animal, and I could never unsee it.I can just about deal with classic combos such as chicken mayo and fried chicken with an egg wash. I'd also be okay with OP's meal since the egg comes from a different species. But the idea of chopped-up chicken in an omelette or egg salad lowkey horrifies me.
