I made meatballs for the first time. They're really good.50/50 beef and hot Italian sausage. I did add some blue cheese to the meat which came out well. Other than that just bread crumbs, egg and garlic.Sauce was just two cans whole tomatoes, 2 white onions and a ton of garlic and red pepper
>>22244811Oh I didn't brown them enough. Lesson for next time. I was impatient
Looks absolutely incredible anon, well done!
>>22244811that’s great, did you slop it on some spaghetti or what
>>22244811Looks good. I've never thought about putting blue cheese in meatballs before. That seems like a great idea
>>22244811Beef and pork is always the way to go. Whatcha gonna do with them? Sandwiches?
>>22244811looks good.
>>22244825I ate a bowl straight. I'm not huge on bread or pasta. These are going to be perfect for the winter months. Usually I just make lots of mushroom/chicken/onion soups.Assuming I can keep affording beef in Zion dons golden age economy
>>22244919>mushroom/chicken/onion soupsnot to knock your balls but this sounds better
>>22244919>Assuming I can keep affording beef in Zion dons golden age economyI mean beef is ideal but pure pork meatballs are good too, honestly even chicken or turkey are just fine by the time you season them and drown them in sauce.
