Can someone explain Full English breakfast to me? Is it some sort of miner/industrial worker's meal because it looks like a bunch of high-calory foods randomly smashed together on a plate

Like every other famous food from Britain, it's poverty rationing

A Half English breakfast is just eggs and bacon with toast.
Full English adds all the extras

most countries have a cultural reputation about how their people drink and party but the english are actually extreme. the full english is an indulgent breakfast for the guy who probably drank 15 beers with his 400mg of mdma plus however much ketamine, last night

Basically YES.

Construction workers usually find a cafe where you can eat it, it's also a staple for the military.

Normies only eat it a couple times a month, if that but it's also popular after a heavy night out.

Yes. Basically, any combination of ingredients you choose for a mouthful go together, compliment each other.
