Hey guys.I started eating clean and now I can't imagine going back. My food is all, lean meat, veggies, fish, whole grains, beans. People always complain that if you want to be lean and strong you have to eat ultra clean, well I am eating ultra clean and it's easy and nice. The fat-and-sugar snacks now taste disgusting, and two rashers of bacon along with fried eggplant are a nice treat that sate me much more than the junk food I used to eat :)You too can eat healthy, friends :) It is simple and cheap :)
