The employees are friendly and all the customer-facing employees speak fluent English. The dining room and bathrooms are always very clean. Even the ice cream machine works most of the time.

I’ll still eat it, but only if someone else is paying or cooking it.Mainers can be very weird, and they don’t like tourists or outsiders. It’s a neat world sometimes, especially in small coastal cities. I wouldn’t mind living there but maybe it’s just a nice place to visit. This, provided it's something that can be linked to the restaurant, is by far the most effective way to punish the location for slop job code violations. It always makes front page local news if not national. Far bigger impact than some rando online review.
