>gas stations: let's corner the drink and drive market, 1.50 price point for 16 oz, soda pop format twist off, twist on cap, tuck under seat when done or if you see a cop, twist and seal good to go, enjoy your drive !

Ho lee shit

>the gas station made me do it!
>>
my local gas station sells alcoholic slushies
>>
>>22247807
one of my local stop & robs now sells frozen/normal margs to go. all they do is put a lid on it and secure it with a piece of tape lol. we also have beer barns here
>>
>>22247811
yeah my gas station puts one of those boba tea lids on the cup and until you piece it with a straw it's considered legally sealed I guess
>>
>>22247811
>>22247816
Wtaf, that really is illegal in most states
>>
>>22247816
pretty sure that's exactly how it works. DWI industry is alive and well! the place that sells them near me also advertises on instagram that they're open until 2am and always uses a hot slut on their posts. I should swing by desu, they have anime figures there too
>>
>>22247821
funnily I live in Pennsylvania where alcohol is barely legal. it's illegal to buy more than a 15 pack at a time from the gas station, but a vodka slushie is perfectly fine. I don't even know how they get away with adding liquor to the slushie since it's illegal to sell liquor outside of state run liquor stores.

>>22247822
sounds comfy. nothing around here is open past like 9 pm.
>>
>>22247826
holy shit Pennsylvania sounds like it sucks ass. I'm in Texas and while we have our fair of issues, we're ok when it comes to alcohol. Apparently we also have the highest concentration of drive-through liquor stores too. I do miss Japan/Korea though where you can get alcohol, including liquor 24/7 though. I think Louisiana has that as well, but I've never been.
>>
>>22247830
You are correct that Pennsylvania is a terrible state. The only thing of value in Pennsylvania is hiking trails and scenic views. If I ever quit my current job I will be leaving this state forever.

I used to live in Michigan where they have liquor aisles at the grocery store and every gas station is half liquor. Pennsylvania still has 1 foot in prohibition.
>>
In the UK, petrol stations are often open 24/7 and so they're often the only convenient place to get more booze late at night when you've run out. Driving is optional.

they've got those in Louisiana too. god the south is such a shithole

During covid a local Mexican joint was selling gallons of margaritas out of the window. All they had to do was tape the top and they could just give you a jug.

go buy some Nazi memorabilia, gold coins, a 1911, and grab a to-go margarita on the way out.

There's an old closed down store near me with a sign that simply says
>LIQUOR
>CIGARETTES
>GUNS

what if I only want half an estate
>>
Armadillo.
>>
My dad still drinks these while driving. My mom also was a habitual drunk driver, but she stopped after multiple DUIs and one round of airlock.
I understand drunk driver hate but i was passenger to countless drunk drives and never got hurt so it's easy for me to downplay the risks involved.
>>
>>22248320
wish you all would have perished in a one care drunk driving accident
>>
>>22247999
Such a store is deeply problematic
>>
>>22248330
I imagine that's why it's clearly been shut down for a long time. I may be misremembering though. It might say BEER CIGARETTES GUNS. It is pretty close to me but I never go that way.
>>
>>22248355
It is deadass wild to me that you Americans could ever even conceive of such a business. This is why you are largely regarded as a medieval reactionary state.

This is freedom. Their sandwiches and donuts are pretty good too. Good ammo prices as well

I'm actually kind of jealous.

You guys talk shit about Chinese eating dogs but fuck you for selling Armadillos.

this is fixed after 2027 with the new ford in cabin cameras.

Gas stations here are just 24h supermarkets because they don't let the real ones open that long

Huge difference between the good ol' boy drinking one of those bad boys on the road to do his errands and a shitfaced frat boy trying to get home after a bar crawl. I get that the laws have to be strict because retards abuse it as it is. Lots of retards shouldn't be driving; let alone drunk.

a BAC of 0.02-0.06 should be a parking ticket equivilent as long as you arent speeding. driving drunk is stupid but having a few beers and getting behind the wheel is fine as long as u arent a dumbass about it

Driving down a back road in a lightweight sporty car while sauced and stoned is one of life's finest pleasures. Don't knock it until you try it I always say.

You likely int enjoy driving in the first place then which suggests you're a weak little bitch with low T. that explains the alcoholism though I suppose.

The only people who cause actual issues from drinking and driving are amateurs. They don't know how to compose the self, pace them self, etc.
Most alcohols are great at driving drunk

like I said it's conceptually insane to me because if I want to buy 30 beers I have to walk two 15 packs to my car individually across 2 different sales

This was funny on twitter for 5 minutes like a decade ago. Anyway I used to work at a gas station and one of the things I learned is that EVERYONE is drunk all the time. Roughly 1/3 of the people you see drinking from gas station branded cups are drinking alcohol over ice. During the summer I spent the first hour of my morning shifts explaining to roofers and landscaping crews that I couldn't sell alcohol yet, they were always trying to buy ice cups with Modelo micheladas and Smirnoff smashes before the sun came up. Ice cups with those tetrapaks of wine were also popular but with different demographics. I used to be against blue laws against selling alcohol during certain hours but after working a lot of nights I support them because now I know that there are a fuckton of people who would be constantly drinking and driving without them. We had locks on the doors to prevent people from grabbing alcohol outside of acceptable hours but sometimes people would just smash the cooler doors and IMO those people should be deported to the center of the Atlantic ocean because there's no way that they're anything but a detriment to society. Sunday mornings would be crazy because in Texas you can't sell alcohol from midnight to 10AM on Sunday and that was the longest period of the week that some people were forced to go without buying alcohol.

That's wild, even when I lived in PA before groceries could sell beer, you could easily buy a 30 rack or a keg from a distributor and the state store never cared if you bought a shopping cart of liquor.
>>
>>22248322
>wish you all would have perished in a one care drunk driving accident
Waaa. Drunk driving laws are fucking stupid. There are already laws concerning property/vehicular/human damage. DUI laws are fucked-up pre-crime gay Euro nanny-state shit. I drove drunk as fuck for years, but I'm not an idiot and I can drive. So guess what? I was never caught.
>>
>>22251143
yeah I don't live near a liquor store or distributor though. my only convenient choice is gas stations
>>
>>22251178
technically you can drive drunk you just can't drive over the legal limit of being drunk
>>
>>22248849
>Good ammo prices as well
Do a lot of these not weapon focused stores really only do it because they're also selling ammo?

the rarest contiguous us plate, in my opinion, is louisiana
my working theory is that louisiana natives see no point to leaving because their local areas have 'to go cups'

yes, places that hand out the needles filled with heroin to junkies are shitholes

What should we do with druggies? The war on drugs created an entire disgusting underground full of murder, rape, torture, and degeneracy. So now that that's out of the question what do you want to pay for next?
