That said, I put some rice in a bowl, sprinkle some furikake, salt, and sesame seeds on, mix it up, mold it into a flat roundish shape, wrap it in plastic, and take it to work. Better than 99% of the mass-produced onigiri here in Nipland.

I used to get it on the way home from school damn near daily. They don't make that specific version of the tuna-mayo filling and I miss it so much. It was this perfect balance of sweetness and savoury, and the tuna mix was more drier than the usual tuna-mayo mix. For me, nothing has ever topped those onigiris.
