Right now the veggieburger or whatever it's called for obvious reasons, it's actually better than I'd expect from a McDonald's vegetarian option and lately they've updated the formula in my country to include more vegetables and tastier sauce, which is nice I guess.
Back when I still ordered meat it was McRoyal and spicy chicken burger (not sure how it's called in English). Filet'oFish is also quite good

Fuck, I guess I'm getting old
It was mid, but decent enough. Surprisingly it seemed genuinely fresh at least

You mean the Michael Jordan burger I think.

>>22250673
AFAIK yes, I have a friend working at McDonalds who said that they had to temporarily remove the vegan burger from the menu when they brought back the filet'o'fish as a timed promotion, because both the vegetable patties and the fish one have to grilled on a separate burner and most locations didn't have another one to spare.
But I don't particularly mind either way, I'm not one of those "if any meat even touches my food I'm having a meltdown" type of people, I just try to never buy or order it to not increase the demand for its production

I don't bother getting fast food delivered because it always goes cold. Never have this issue with the sorts of places that were doing deliveries before the apps came out.

Is it a moral thing for you or are you concerned about the climate? I wish I had your resolve.

I mean, I think caring about the planet we share IS a moral thing, but the conditions those animals are usually being kept in are pretty fucking nightmarish too, so both I guess. The climate stuff is what pushed me to make this call though, especially learning the statistics about the absolutely ridiculous numbers of lifestock we keep and kill and researching how wasteful and inefficient in all sorts of resources as well as disastrous for the climate the whole meat industry is compared to plant-based food.
>I wish I had your resolve
It's really not that bad as long as you're willing to experiment and try out new things culinary. There are countless of really varied and tasty dishes you can cook without meat and dozens of things you can potentially replace it with in most recipes that normally call for it. Also, lots of recipes and resources available online nowadays and the store-ready plant-based replacements have gotten WAY better in the last decade (because I'll admit, before that they were kinda disgusting). And well, it also gave me a reason to research lots of different cuisines in search of inspiration, which I'd likely not do otherwise.
But I do admit that making vegetarian food that actually tastes good is a skill that took me a few years to develop.
Also, ordering or eating out is a pain in the ass, most restaurants where I live have very few decent vegetarian options available

But also, I try to be sensible about it, I occasionally (like few times a year) eat a fish (which I guess makes me technically a pescatarian) and if somebody offers me something with meat at a party or somewhere I sometimes accept it, because I figure that if it has already been bought and prepared, then whether I eat it or not changes absolutely nothing. I just don't buy meat myself to not increase demand.

Sorry for preaching about this shit on fucking 4chan of all places, I know most people don't like that, but you asked

double QP with cheese is the most meat on the menu but that is usually to much for me so i say a regular QP with cheese is the best

My ex was like that, she wouldn't eat meat but she was OK with picking the vegetables out of a dish that had meat in it or whatever if I made it, and occasionally eating stuff that was made with meat or fish stock if it was already there. It made cooking for both of us a lot easier than if she'd been a more strict vegan. She was a pretty good cook too but tended to go a little too heavy on the seasoning and only really made Asian stuff because her mom was Malaysian-Chinese and she'd learned from her.

I miss her, best girl I ever knew, sadly I had to move and she couldn't come with, and a few months later she got killed in a freak accident.
