Was at Target the other day getting supplies to make some sausage, egg, and cheesers.
Picked up a tube of old James Dean, as usual. Was about to toss it in my basket when, thank goodness, I noticed I had picked up the turkey version. Throw that nasty garbage trash back into the pile and picked up a the normal one instead.
Took me a few minutes to calm down, but I'm just glad i noticed.

Post your guys' grocery store close calls!
>>
I buy everything online and then some kid brings it out to me and shoots a load in my trunk then I drive home. That way there can be no mistakes and I always specify in the notes to only choose the freshest/best looking produce as well.

I've had the checkout clerks see me buying sausage, ask me if they can check something, and then check the sell-by-date on it. "Don't want anyone else getting hurt".

7-11 while is the closest doesn't have all the ingredients. Same with dollar general and Walmart is in town and a madhouse.

Target is the best.
>>
>>22252851
none of what you listed are grocery stores.
please stop living in a shitty area.

Anon, stop, you're not me
>>22252843
I shop at Price Chopper, but I can walk to the Target from my place so I'll do that if I'm busy getting a few things.

Wow! She saved your bacon!

There's no way you're serious. If you actually do this, you're seriously getting duped.
>>
The turkey version ain't that bad, good option if you're trying to cut calories
>>
>>22252881
MMMM.
Maybe I'll try it at a time, I guess

Might as well buy straight fat.

Turkey sausage is the way to make it most taste like a fast food breakfast sandwich if that's your goal.

I picked up some packaged cheese that looked fine from the front. Then I saw it on its side in my basket and saw green mold. It wasn't even close to expiration either, and it wasn't fresh from the deli cheese, it was the preservative packed pre-sliced sloppa I get because I'm a poor. How does this even happen?
>>

That's messed up, I feel for you anon
>>
>>22253185
Thanks. I found out before I paid for it so it wasn't that bad.

>Go to small little mom and pop shop grocery in the middle of cousinfucker nowhere
>See some muffins that say that they're homemade that look pretty good
>Pick one up
>What I thought was some kind of white frosting is actually just an entire sheet of mold over the top
>Retch and look at the rest, entire thing is just mold
>Fuck it I'll get chips or something
>Now I'm on edge, inspect everything carefully
>Almost every single item is past its expiration date by several months
>Go to front counter and tell the person working there
>"Yeah well, if you got a problem with it don't buy anything"
>Walk out without responding
>>

Do you pay extra for him to cum in your car or is a part of the normal service?
>>
>>22253212
You were in the wrong here
>>
>>22252853
Walmart is perfectly acceptable to get groceries from.
>>
>>22252829

>>
>>22253368
Considering how oversalted every prepackaged product is you should give it a twirl sometime. Even the low sodium is ridiculous.

Why did you expect any different? Small business owners are bad enough in cities where people have other options. But when they have a geographic monopoly?

Did you have your untrained pitbull service animal sit on your lap until you calmed yourself?
