I've put a small pepper like these in my preparation and it was way hotter than expected, can I do something to save 3 days worth of food? It's way too hot for me and my butt can't handle it

Add cheese or other dairy. Think jalapeno poppers. Cream cheese?
>>
Make more of the base of your unnamed mystery food to dilute it.

I was thinking of using some fat like dairy but to drain out the capsaicin
>>22253086
Just chicken and veggies, I thought a small chili would spice it up a bit but man what a mistake, these aren't usually this hot

if it's in a sauce of some kind you have to dilute it like anon said. if it's like a seasoning rub or marinade, you can try rinsing it off I guess.

A bit of sugar, a bit of vinegar.

Coconut milk

Thank you I'll try that. I've read peanut butter or lemon helps too which I happen to have

need to know what the rest of the dish contains to decide whether you need:
>cheese
>sugar
>citrus
>coffee

>chicken and veggies
cheese, carrots, or citrus.

IDK what you think those are but they are not spicy AT ALL. I bought a bag of those exact peppers and none of them were spicy. like bell pepper levels of spice.

you gotta read the full e-mail, anon.
>>

I did. does not change what I said.
>>
>>22253250

>>
