Rate my pizza
i give that one yikes out of oof
>>22253312I'm going to be honest with you. for me, that's a 9/10.
top looks good but you shouldn't have put baking paper on the bottom so the crust can get a little more colour, next time just put some olive oil rather than paper and it will develop a nice crispy bottom good choice of toppings though
Where's the pineapple and onion?
>>22253325i always use parchment paper is that really why my crust looks whitish?>>22253323ty laddy
>>22253340I only find it affects the bottom sometimes though you can still get browning with it, but the top of your crust looks white too. What temperature are you baking at and how long? Is it coated in a lot of flour?
>>22253340>baking on a disposable plastic sheet>getting parkinson’sishygddtjust bake on the baking pan and wash with soap and water its fine Also remember you eat first with the eyes and if your guest sees you use a pizza paddle to move the pizza onto a pizza stone they will experience a tastier pizza than if they see a deformed blob in a quarter sheet pan
>>222533128/10 very goodIf you rub some olive oil on the crust before baking it will get nice and brown. Those olive oil spray can things are good for this
>>22253312Good concept, meh execution, can't tell about flavor. 6/10
>>22253329In Hell where they belong.
>>22253362stupid pseud
Really fucking bad. Is your crust made of chalk?
>>22253340>is that really why my crust looks whitish? That's part of why. The other part is that you didn't let it ferment for long enough, you used really shitty flour, and you cooked it at too low of a temperature.
>>22253312looks like shit not going to lie but i would eat it 6/10
>>22253362retard thinks every product is the same
>>22253461i do it all in one sitting i don't like waiting for yeast to raise it's baking powder and 00, 425 f
>>22253745plus i like the biscuit like dough more than normal yeast dough
>>22253312im sure you're good at other things
>>22253312Pep and jalapeno is one of my favorites, would eat the whole thing
>>22253340>i always use parchment paper is that really why my crust looks whitish?i used to bake pizza every day, and i didn't have a problem getting a brown bottom crust. my dad even complained about it being burnt. the way i do it is to put oil on the paper, and also you can make sure some residual sugar is left in the dough because that accelerates browning. preheat oven as high as you can go. mine goes to 450f. bake on the top rack. takes about 12 minutes for mine to start turning brown on the bottom
>>22253747i made a pizza like that recently and it wasn't bad. plus being able to do it all in a half hour was pretty nice.
>>22253312>that rubbery looking crust0/100
>>22253824cute
>>22253745That sounds absolutely horrendous
>>22253937i like it more than yeast proofed dough, it's biscuity
>>22253937why? it just makes for a slightly softer crust
>>22253312Sloppa/10
Fine enough/10 anon. Enjoy what looks like a rather tasty pizza.
Awful jalapeno to pepperoni ratio, without the salty meat to balance the flavor, the jalapenos are going to control the whole experience
>>22253745Well you're simply never going to have good pizza like that.
>>22253312SAD!
>>22253312Like the sauce distribution and density. I enjoy a blob of sauce every now and again, and it looks properly reduced. The cheese is nice and browned, the toppings crisped. One complaint is the dough looks a little pale, but it is a small mark
>>22253340>i always use parchment paper is that really why my crust looks whitish?yes, ive tried with and without and it makes a huge difference but as I said you need to oil the sheet pan in that case so it doesnt stick
>>22253938You have bad taste.>>22253945It will never result in proper dough.
>>22254303>It will never result in proper dough.nobody is saying it's the same thing
>>22254319You literally said "Rate my pizza" when what you posted is in fact not pizza.
>>22253745just let it rise as you prep the toppings>he does it all backwardsWow
