Why the FUCK can you not buy the kinds of tendies restaurants/delis use? Why is it that your only options for getting them frozen at any store are bottom of the barrel, soy infused meat? Even some gas stations like Kwik Trip have better quality of chicken in their hot case than what you can be available at a grocery store.
>>22254440All you need to do is butcher shop inside a supermarket and ask for store made tendies. Where do you live?
>>22254440They keep those upstairs at the grocery store. VIP only, for customers that spend like 2 grand a month at least.
BK new chicken nuggets are inexpensive Burger King launched a brand-new, completely overhauled line of Chicken Nuggets nationwide on September 1, 2026, replacing its previous recipe. The fast-food chain took into account customer feedback that the previous nuggets were "rubbery," "dry," and "disappointing" in developing the new chicken nuggets. According to Burger King, the new nugget "delivers the quality, taste, and experience that [customers] have been asking for."• The Nuggets: Made with 100% white meat chicken, an updated marinade for a juicier bite, and a crispier golden breading. They are now served in cardboard boxes instead of paper bags.• The Sauces: Features permanent recipe updates to Honey Mustard, Buffalo, and Sweet & Sour, alongside a limited-time Special Savory Sauce (a tangy, creamy, peppery blend of barbecue, ketchup, garlic, and onion).• Public Reception: Opinions on Reddit are mixed; some users praise the crunch and better meat quality, while others find miss the old style they grew up with

>>22254440>Why the FUCK can you not buy the kinds of tendies restaurants/delis use?https://shop.sysco.com/app/catalog?q=tenders
>>22254440Because Tyson&co own the complete supply chain from farm to fork. They decide which meat goes to which fork. Supermarkets (you) get the leftovers. That's after the premium dog and cat food. Yep.
>>22254465Way too much waffle.
>>22254440I feel like sysco is going to one day rug pull restaurants and directly sell to the consumer at wholesale prices
>>22254440Restaurant Depot or Sysco
>>22254440shout out to kwik star/trip for the best fast food chicken no lies 100/100. fr fr goated.
>>22254581You're retarded. Just go to any Cash & Carry and you can buy the ones restaurants use.But what's more retarded is being a fucking adult and obsessively eating "tendies" like a fucking autistic child.Grow up. Eat some meat off of the bone. Eat something that isn't deep-fried FFS.
>>22255098Being adult is all about not eating something you like because normies may think it's childish. You are truly mature.
That piece of meat sometimes on the thigh like underneath, its a gland or organ but it tastes so good. Irony rich taste so good.

>>22254565Key word there is "Fritter." There are USDA regs on it. "Nuggets" and "patties" can be pink foam (still tasty), but "fritter" means chunks of a certain size, even if glued together with transglutaminase ("meat glue").Fritter: 35% meat. Up to 65% batter/breading. A "breaded" product is limited to being up to 30% breading.Nugget: One piece of meat. Chicken nuggests technically exist per regulations, probably made by chopping a piece of meat.Nugget, chopped and formed: Not one piece of meat. A nugget formed out of something else. Like a fritter, but maybe different ratios of batter/breading? Fuck, I don't remember.Nugget-shaped Chicken Patties: Literally anything. The product is not a nugget.Could be made of anything (see above defintion of chicken "patties')Been a few years since I looked into it, but the UDSA regs are out there and the definitions matter. You can also look at the type of dot-matrix or other printing for lot numbers on the back. That may help you figure out whether the Target/Sprawlmart fritters were made by Tyson or Foster Farms.
>>22255554This guy has a clue. All chicken products will have an establishment number printed on the package, that's what you're trying to remember. Google the est.# to find the facility where it was produced. Also there will be proprietary breading recipes, as well as the meat mix itself will have spice blends mixed in. That's something set by the final buyer, and if it's McDonald's or BK or whatever restaurant, it'll be "secret."
>>22254440You do know GFS has stores where you can get top tier tendies right?

Pretty easy to just make em. Get some chicken, buttermilk, seasoning salt and self-rising flour. Cut the chicken however you want it and put it in a ziploc bag with some buttermilk and seasoning salt. Mix it all up and toss it in the fridge for about an hour. Can also add some pickle juice if that's your thing. Dredge in the self-rising flour (pros mix some buttermilk in first to get those craggly bits) and fry em up.
>>22254465Those are some beat bitches (I’d still fall in love with them if they looked at me in public)
honestly look for a local restaurant supply market that serves the public. it feels like an undiscovered hack how cheaply I can get supermarket gated food there with no fuss. bought a 6 pound brick of restaurant whole milk mozzarella for ~2$ a pound.
