Have you ever had buffalo before? If yes, how does it taste in comparison to cow?
>>
>>22270253
it tastes more the game-y
>>
>>22270256
I hate when people describe something as “game-y” like if people know what the fuck that’s supposed to mean
>>
>>22270253
I've tried their wings. They are sweet and spicy
>>
It has a stronger flavor, and is more lean.
>>
>>22270253
Yeah. Jerky and Burgers
I enjoyed it. Prefer Venison
>>

You remember that time you sucked that guy off after the football game? That's why they call it that.
>>

Gamey means it tastes like what it has been eating in the wild instead of grain or corn fed animals do in captivity. Usually herbs/minerals or a pungent tastes or whatever it has been foraging for. If your bison eat sagebrush they tend to taste more like sagebrush.

I've eaten ground bison burgers and it tasted exactly like grass fed beef but leaner and dryer. It was fine but I prefer beef.
>>

You'll know what it means after you try wild meat.
>>
No, but I've had bison, like in your pic. You can buy that shit at Aldi nowadays.
Bison ≠ buffalo.

Game-y means it tastes like shit

What a "gay-me" post!

Does the sight of a bodega make you feel at home?
>>
>>22270253
It was good. Cooked really fast. I didn't notice a huge difference between a bison burger and a normal burger in taste.

Yes. Once at a buffalo theme part in Michigan as a kid. Don't remember anything about the taste, just that I was mortified because it was something weird. As an adult, I've eaten at Ted's Montana Grille several times. It wasn't anything special. The burger and meat loaf both were kind of dry. The flavor of the meat was subdued compared to beef.

I've heard bad things about Buffalo buffalo and their ways
>>
>>22270253
I've had beefalo (cow/buffalo hybrid) and gamey beef is the best way to describe it. That slightly off taste one associates with venison.
Ostrich tastes about the same.

I see why buffalo sauce was named after them, tastes good but damn it burns my mouth so bad
