*is better than anything you can cook*
Chicken strips are like, the easiest thing to make at home though
I slap two or three of these into a lavash bread with some Caesar salad for a cheeky little chicken Caesar wrap every now and then. Easy dinner
>>22271811Smart man, now that's some crafty thinking. You did a good job. If I got a little carried away back there, I'm sorry.

>>22271827Bots aren't this insufferable I can you that much
>>22271891i can you much too
Nah. Season some raw chicken tenders with literally anything + some oil and throw into the air fryer. It’ll be better than this. You can bread them too but I usually don’t bother
>>22271807what are they breaded with if they are grain free?
They are good for frozen tendies but I can absolutely make better ones, be for real.
>>22271954Wheat is a grain
>>22271955Way to state the obvious, Einstein. You figure that one out all on your own?
>>22271958The coward i replied to deleted his post saying it must be bread because flour isn't a grain
>>22271809Then make me some, nigga
I can cook wet thar thayet thee hnat. Your argument is invalid. So can you, actually. It's very easy and only has one uncommon ingredient. I highly recommend looking up how to cook it then cooking it. You will change your mind on your chicky tendies/nuggies being better.
>>22271986A little early to be drinking bud. Take a nap
theres some fuckery going on. has two different nutrition labels on their own website for this. one is [23g protein 7g fat @ 180 cal] and one is [23g protein / 4g fat / 150cal]. the label with 7g/fat per serving is almost certainly correct since 3.5oz of cooked chicken has about 4g of fat already. 7g fat for 23g protein is really not that good if you care about these numbers.people who do care about numbers should just not buy this. and people who dont care about these numbers absolutely can make better tendies at home. >>22271840the bare ones are just ok. also pretty high fat content for what it is.
>>22272095/fit/ autist begone
>>22272095Interesting.
