I made barria tacos a couple weeks ago and it’s definitely a pain to do. The meat and sauce are super easy but the tacos never turn out crispy after I dip the tortillas in the sauce and put them on the griddle, they always end up soggy. And a chuck roast is like 25$ now which is definitely not worth it
