If it weren't for AI I would've kept eating celery thinking my daily fiber is met. How the fuck do you eat 28g fiber a day?

Bran, chia seeds, or psyllium husks.

Psyllium comes from India and is contaminated with lead. Choose any other form of fiber supplement if you value your health.

Couple servings of pic related along with whatever foods I like that have fiber. For me, it's almonds, beans, avocados, berries, broccoli.

Chia seeds are good but you have to eat a shitload of them to get an appreciable amount of fiber. Psyllium husk is mostly insoluble fiber which does help you shit but doesn't have as much health benefit as soluble fiber.

lol what 34g fiber per 100g is already the highest concentration you can find in foods

>Psyllium husk is mostly insoluble fiber
Is 70% soluble fiber and 30% insoluble fiver, this is hardly "mostly".

Seconding chia seeds. Been a while, but my daily breakfast used to be a vanilla protein shake with chia. Take 1c water, 1c almond milk, a hefty scoop of vanilla whey powder, 1tbls of chip, and a good splash of cultured buttermilk(or Greek yogurt), and mix well. Let sit overnight. Broscience I've never actually looked into, but when it rests overnight, the chia gets the liquid a bit, which in my mind means they've released their fiber into the liquid and made it more bio-available. Plus, it kinda makes a pudding like texture I personally enjoy.

Best shits of my life, and helped with the high protein diet I had at the time

Ground flax is decent too, but I can't say too much about it. Literally just put it on cereal or oatmeal

Just eat actual food. 80% of your shopping should be at the farmer's market.
If it comes in plastic with a list of ingredients, you probably don't want it.
