>>22274475>Guys, bigFor you.
>>22274475Autistic or British?
>>22274475This is the most british dish ever created.
>>22274475Yank here. Never heard of beef and tomato instant ramen. Is it just ketchup and beef bullion flavor? Pot noodle looks like it's got thicker noodles than our standard nissin/top ramen.
>>22275229Pot Noodle isn't at all like ramen really. The noodles are short, flat ribbons, and covering them with kettle water is enough to cook them. Despite the name there are actually no animal derived ingredients in the recipe. You'll find little lumps of texture soy protein and tiny slivers of dried tomato as well as some kind of stock powder. You also get a sachet of cheap ketchup to mix in that contains like a quarter of a teaspoon. It's a proper slop item but I do find them to be quite an enjoyable extremely low effort comfort food. Other flavours are available including chicken and mushroom which is still vegetarian and comes with a sachet of soy sauce, and curry which comes with something that doesn't quite resemble mango chutney.
>>22275219I haven't had a professional diagnosis, but I feel that I match many of the criteria of being profoundly British.
>>22275260Bombay flavour is good, Sticky Rib too. Honesty luv all of em bruv.
>>22275260some of the flavors contain milk and egg so yes there are animal derived ingredients
>>22275371>Some flavoursFair enough, I never claimed to be an expert. I believe that many flavours though, including the classics that I've mentioned, used to have the Vegan Society approved badge on the pot but no longer do. It seems that the recipe didn't change and it was just a case of them being manufactured in facilities that handle animal products.
>>22276031you're right I didn't actually see egg it was just on the "may contain".I did see milk powder as an ingredient in the chicken and mushroom though. They also use palm oil which while vegan is still pretty opposed to the ethos of veganminded people
