They obviously like drawing boys with some traditionally feminine characteristics. So giving them what is generally seen as a feminine personality, and especially contrasting them with a more "boyish" sister, is just more of that.Not all trap artists are like this. Some definitely seem to like more of a contrast of masculine vs feminine and accentuate some boyishness. But they usually draw in a different style. Longer limbs, more angular features. Simpler, less frilly, more form fitting clothes. The smaller and softer and rounder and fluffier an artist draws their boys, the more likely they are to give them a gentle, reserved, anxious, and/or shy personality.
