Now I don't know if your room looks anything like mine did, but pairing my clothes down to a weeks worth of outfits and getting rid of most of my stuff so it would only take 10 minutes on average to clean really helped more than I thought it would. Watching cleaning youtubers who have some sort of mental health issue helped a lot too, they usually have great advice and provide some motivation
