That character is extremely slow and doesn't have very many skills making him overall worse and less reliable than the other character (in this case Chunky Kong being slow and unreliable making him worse than Donkey Kong). And that shows that being big and strong isn't everything. You also need to be fast and be skilled or otherwise you'll plateau as a fighter. So Donkey Kong is still better and Chunky can't replace him.

While technically he wasn't always a villain he was always problematic with his trigger-happy gun obsession and overall lack of sympathy for others so him coming back as a villain made sense even though a lot of people didn't like it. Tord was also usually very quiet and I can see Bell being the quiet type with her mysterious edgy white hair. Kind of like an anime kuudere.

It's a mix of their minds and fragility. First, they have super endurance, but they still bruise easily. We have seen them get cut, bleed, get bruises and broken bones, even lose teeth. And this leads to pain, they can't tolerate it, they can't process it. Whenever they get hurt, they basically freeze.They also have mental limiters, they restrict themselves. In one hand, they follow the law, so they don't want to kill citizens (this includes villain), however mosnters aren't this lucky (they have killed some outside of simulations). In the other, they sort of need to get their minds into pushing themselves outside their limits to achieve their super duper feats (like running at the speed of light).Lastly, they are still in development, so not only their senses are still green (so they can't react as fast), but also their powers. Think about this, at the start of the show, they couldn't beat the giant balloon fish and get defeated whenever a bunch of enemies team up to fight them. But, later in the shows and comics, they neutralize Dynamo, defeat said balloon fish, and took out the entirety of their rouges gallery working together.
