Whoever made your reading order clearly didn't bother to read the Usagi crossover.

Having looked at the current site it is on I now see that they have notes talking about why it is there and why it is also in IDW. There are overlaps, like this current Savage Dragon crossover being canon to Mirage and Image. If you want their reasoning they are in the OP link.

Whether it's the turtles, their friends, or their old enemies, they will all eventually become a thing of the past. But at least Donnie died in peace, and Leo might become a buddha or enter nirvana. Mikey might go to space. Raph had the worst ending of the four, but that suited his character.
