>>153883978Personally I view it as two different Scott Pilgrims. One was the really innovative for its time self contained GN that marked a lot of depressed millennials' formative years. The other is Capeshit Pilgrim where O' Malley started approving a bunch of wacky adventures to cash in. They're such different works with different vibes (and different timelines) I just enjoy the new crap for what it is, dumb fun. After all almost everything is being recycled for nostalgia, why would SP of all things be spared? At least it's being whored out in a controlled manner by the original creator.
