Why did he say no to returning as Ferb?
>>153901487Was probably too busy for returning for two or three lines in MML, and by the time P&F was revived they were fine with the impersonator they got.
>>153901487I've wondered the same thing. It's not like Phineas and Ferb ever went off the air long enough for him to grow distant from the crew or anything. The characters were brought back for that crossover special not even four years after the original run ended, immediately followed by the Candace movie. Sangster probably felt the cartoon was "beneath him" or something, but it just seems like a weird move regardless since he'd spent nearly a decade straight with this role until then.
>>153902371I think he also recorded from England and seeing that he doesn't have a lot of lines, I don't see why you'd walk away from getting some extra money.
The new guy is okay, but you can definitely tell. He seems to be pretty into it and friendly with the cast and crew and hanging with them often, whereas Thomas probably rarely saw them in person. It is kind of weird that they're acting like the new guy was always the voice of Ferb though.

Errigo took over the role well, which includes not just doing the voice but also promoting the show during press events. He seems way more involved than Sangster ever was, and the rest of the cast who've been at it for 3x as long really vibe with that. Reminds me of Rick & Morty's new VAs having a similarly charming rapport with Summer's VA.
