He's so much more interesting than the humans. I would've preferred if the series was focused more on him trying to do his job.

They don't seem to have any dynamic. That's a problem for the entire cast, most of them need Pomni as a pivot to interact with the others and they're supposed to know each other for years yet none of them act like they're more than coworkers until Pomni shows up. It ended up not being about the Circus nor about the characters, what a waste.

The Amazing Digital Circus had to make Pomni the most driven to escape, that way the rest of the cast could still get into relatively mundane or comedic shenanigans. Have everyone equally trying to outsmart Caine and his prison and you'd be losing some much-needed levity.

Jax had an actual arc where he grows as a person over time and doesn’t focus the finale on him. I sort of get what Goose was getting at with his character, but I really think it’s a waste that the show wasn’t an ensemble like the pilot implied and instead became a weirdly self-indulgent pity party that doesn’t actually solve anything.
