He was actually one of Disney most competent villain
>Succefully kills the game that was going to kill his game anyway
>Succefully reprograms an entire game where he is not only the boss but also has the original main guy(girl) outcasted
>Makes good and reasonable points, succefully manipulating the Ralf in outcasting the main girl ONCE AGAIN
>Convince Ralf to go back to his base game and mind his business
Literally the only reason Ralf went back was because he threw away his medal at the perfect spot which allowed him to see the image of the main girl. It wasnt Turbos doing didnt cause this but pure causality
